At HOME CHÍC HOME, we value our customer's satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund with the exceptions noted below.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If you've received an order that is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your delivery. If contacted during this window of time, we will arrange a return and replacement at our expense. Prior to your return, we will require photographs of the damaged items to be emailed to us at email@example.com .
For all other returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your order's delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition, and accompanied by the original packing slip.
Original shipping charges are not refunded and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
Returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that we may restrict transactions & refuse future returns at any time if there is an unreasonable pattern of returns.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon original delivery.
Please allow us 5-7 business days from receipt of return delivery to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
The following product categories are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive incorrect, damaged, or missing items, as previously stated. All final sale items are noted on product pages:

- Select Chairs
- Dressers & Consoles
- Select Decorative Pillows
- Select Items - Items specified as "Not Available for Returns" on their product pages.
- Final Sale Décor – All final sale décor items are noted on product pages.
- Seasonal Items – All final sale seasonal items are noted on product pages.
Lighting orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All lighting sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. We will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any lighting purchases. Lighting is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt for evidence of damage or breakage. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once the order has been placed. If we can intercept your order, we will process a cancellation if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, so if you would like to receive an item of an alternative design or size, please place a separate order through our website and return your previously purchased item.
