Does HOME CHÍC HOME ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States, however we do hope to in the future.

At Home Chíc Home, quality and originality is of the utmost importance for the sourcing of our products. Quality products are sourced from various artisans and vendors from all around the world. We work hard searching for unique products for your home with the highest quality. How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days. However, production and shipping lead times may vary depending on the product. PRE-ORDER items will ship once in stock.

Please note that once the order is placed upon checkout, you will be charged for the order.

Are all the items from my order delivered at the same time?

Depending on the items of your order, you may receive multiple shipments as some of the items ship directly from our warehouse and others ship directly from our vendors.

 

How will I know when my package has shipped?

 An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of an order being placed.

 How is shipping calculated? 

Shipping calculations are based on weight of the item. Larger items that are heavier are expected to have a higher shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated at the time of check-out. 

 

If an item I love is unavailable, can I still get it? 

It depends on the item. Most of the time, our decor items will come back in stock. However, if the item you love is unavailable, please contact us at HomeChícHomeCollections@gmail.com so we can get you the status and availability of the item.
